Are your greeting cards made in the UK?
Yes. Every card is thoughtfully created in our Suffolk studio and professionally printed right here in the UK to ensure the highest quality finish. We’re proud to be a small black owned UK business creating culturally meaningful greeting cards for our community and beyond.
What occasions do you offer greeting cards for?
We offer a wide range of designs for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, and "just because" moments. Our collection specifically focuses on celebrating life's meaningful moments through the lens of Black joy and culture.
Can I order greeting cards locally in Ipswich or Suffolk?
Absolutely!. We proudly serve customers in Ipswich and across Suffolk. You can order directly through this website. We also frequently host pop-up shops in Ipswich town centre—keep an eye on our Social Media/Newsletter for our next physical location.Local customers may also find us at craft fairs, markets, and community events throughout the year.
Do you offer personalised greeting cards?
As standard, all our cards are left blank inside to allow space for your own heartfelt message. However, we are happy to offer a bespoke personalisation service. If you would like a custom message printed inside your card, an individual personal name on the front of the card, please contact us or include your request in the 'Notes' section at checkout, and we will ensure your card is perfectly tailored for your recipient.
How much does shipping cost?
Free Local Delivery: We are delighted to offer free local delivery within the Ipswich area (IP1 - IP5) for all orders of 2 or more cards.
Standard Shipping: For all other locations, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your preferred delivery service. You can choose from a range of shipping options to suit your needs.
When will I get my order?
We aim to process and dispatch all orders the next business day (Monday – Friday)
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a notification email so you can look forward to your cultural cards arriving!
Do you offer local delivery in Ipswich?
Yes! We love supporting our local community. We offer Complimentary Same-Day Delivery for our neighbors in Ipswich (Postcodes IP1 – IP5) on orders of two cards or more.
Simply place your order before 12 noon (Monday – Saturday) and we will hand-deliver your cultural cards to your doorstep that same evening.
(Note: Excludes Bank Holidays and Public Holidays).
Returns Policy
At Reflections of Us, we take great pride in the quality and finishing of every card. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please let us know right away so we can make it right.
- Please retain the product and contact us within 2 days of receipt.
- Email us at info@reflectionsofus.co.uk with your order details and a photo of the damage.
The Refund Process
To be eligible for a refund, goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 days.
- A credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Personalised Items
Because our personalised cards are custom-made just for you, we cannot offer refunds on these items unless they are found to be damaged upon receipt. Please ensure you notify us within 2 days of delivery if there is an issue.
