Shipping & Local Delivery Policy

Welcome to Reflections of Us. We take great care in packaging your greeting cards to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

1. Local Ipswich Delivery (IP1 - IP5)

We are proud to offer a dedicated local delivery service for our neighbors in Ipswich.

  • Coverage: Postcodes IP1, IP2, IP3, IP4, and IP5.

  • Cost: * 87p for single card orders.

    • FREE delivery when you purchase 2 or more cards (orders over £7.90).

  • Delivery Times: Local Ipswich orders are typically delivered on the same day if order received before 12 noon Monday - Saturday (Excluding Bank Holidays and Public Holidays) and delivered in the evening. All other orders delivered within 1-2 business days.

  • How it works: We hand-deliver these ourselves! If you aren't home, we will pop your order through your letterbox.

  • Payment: We accept Card payments online or Cash or Card payments on Delivery at your doorstep.

2. UK Standard Shipping (Outside IP1-IP5)

For customers outside our local delivery zone, we ship via Royal Mail 1st Class.

  • Cost: Flat rate of £1.70.

  • Dispatch Time: We aim to post all orders within 24 hours of receiving them (Monday - Friday Excluding bank Holidays and Public Holidays)

  • Delivery Estimate: Royal Mail 1st Class typically arrives within 1-2 business days after dispatch, though please allow extra time during peak holiday periods.

3. Order Tracking

As we use standard 1st Class post and local hand-delivery to keep costs low for you, tracking numbers are not provided as standard. However, you will receive an Email Confirmation the moment your order has been dispatched or is out for local delivery.

4. Damaged or Missing Items

In the unlikely event that your card arrives damaged or does not arrive within 7 business days, please contact us immediately at info@reflectionsofus.co.uk so we can make it right.
